The Divination classroom is located near The Grand Staircase. There are two ways to get to this class. Also, feel free to barge out like Hermione if you think this class is.. Ridikkulus, Lupin would say :) also, this class often teaches about the future and seers and such.

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie walked in behind George and looked around. She hated this class. Maddie glanced at Trelawney and gulped. So far the scatterbrained teacher hasn't noticed that one of her students was a genuine seer, and Maddie wanted to keep it that way. She walked though the rows of seats and looked for a table. She spotted where George had say and quickly moved to sit next to him. Divination was one of the only classes where you could get in a good conversation, and Maddie has questions for George.

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments ((She is SO annoying))

Maddie has to bite back a laugh. Trelawney was ridiculously over dramatic, and everyone knew she wasn't actually a seer. Unlike....Maddie. She swallowed and glanced at George, who was being oddly quiet. Orbiters...sigh. Maddie wasn't very good with anything seer related except prophecying. And she didn't really known how good she was with that, since she never remembered.

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie stared....and stared.....and she still didn't see anything. She sighed quietly and tried focusing harder. She had actually been able to see something once, but that was after drinking five bottles of butterbeer and six boxes of sugar mice. Maddie tried tricking her brain into seeing the fog as something, but it didn't work. She looked over at George to see how he was doing. "See anything?" She whispered.

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie frowned. "Hm...I'm not sure." She flipped through her text book and snorted quietly. "Well, either tomorrow will be the end of the world or your orb is smudged somewhere." Maddie looked back at her own. "Nope, nothing. I've never been good at this."

message 6: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie raised an eyebrow. What the heck did that mean? She studied her orb. Nothing was still there. "What does it mean Professor?"

message 7: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie blinked. "So......I did it again? I said another prophecy?" She asked with a whisper. Her fingers instinctively started messing with the crescent moon charm.

message 8: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie looked down and counted on her fingers. "That brings the talley up to...four." She nodded to herself and glanced back at George.

message 9: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie nodded again. "Yeah...I'm a seer. I've known since I was ten." She went back to studying her crystal ball. There was still nothing except a smoky mess inside it.

message 10: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie focused a little harder and squinted. "I've never been good at this." She muttered. "Um....well....I see...a bird....flying....it's being chased by...something....I can't--" she sat back suddenly and clutched her head.

message 11: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments "Mmmm....hurts...seeing too many.....can't stop." Maddie had her head on her hands and was starting to shake. The orb in front of her was glowing a little.

message 12: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie copied him, breathing in and out shakily. She swallowed and raised her head a little. She glanced around and realized everyone was staring. She blushed a tiny bit.

message 13: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie nodded. "Yeah....yeah I'm fine now." She sat up a little straighter and tried to look like nothing had happened.

message 14: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie smiled a little and opened her Divination textbook. The last few minutes of class were spent going over dream interpretation and what the stars symbolized. Maddie thought it was all a bunch of hodge podge, but she pretended to be interested. Once class has ended, she grabbed her bag and whispered to George. "Can you tell me more about my prophecy?"

message 15: by Book - Dragon (new)

Book - Dragon | 1185 comments Maddie nodded. "Sure." She could use some fresh air anyway. She collected her books and shoved them unceremoniously into her bag, which she once again slung over her shoulder. Maddie led the way through the crowd of students to the exit of the classroom.
