Hidden gem. Well written. Set in a former Minnesota mining town, a tale of lives intertwined as relayed by the title character, our guide. Story in classic style, i.e., no formula or genre. Thanks Bel for the recommendation from last year. Will read the author’s other 2 books. 4.5 stars rounded up.
