I nominate Dying to Forget. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
“Sometimes the day you die is only the beginning of a new job.
Piper Willow dies the summer after her high school graduation and finds herself in a spiritual terminal called the Station. She's given only two choices: Move on to the unknown where she'll be faced to spend an eternity in her own personal hell or be trained as a Volunteer and return to Earth as the subconscious for a person in need of outside assistance. Does Piper have what it takes to save a life, to be the nagging voice inside another person's head? Or will she fail and end up lost and tormented... forever?”
This has an average of 4 stars on GR out of over 1200 ratings.
Both? I selected 11 cause it was easier (for me) than checking what's already on the shelf. Take the first one that is eligible. :)

Still a three-way tie ... eeeek.Go vote. Change your vote? Prep yourself for a runnoff vote?

Argh. I'm tempted by the other two books as well, but they are not available to me without buying them (paying extra to buy them).
Laughs, I think we should read the higher three in the pool, one now in February, one in March and one in April... They are short after all.
you could also just do a 3 day run off vote with the top 3 - close this one today - and then do top 3 for a couple days
It was a tight vote with a three-way tie for much of the voting period. But we have a winner. Our February Book-of-the-Month will be The Return of the Sorceress by Silvia Moreno-Garcia Will you join in reading it with us next month?
