My name is Rey A. Gonzalez. I'm a local educator here in Lexington, KY, and I've recently published my first novel, Dead Echoes. This story takes place in a fictionalized version of the city, so there are many familiar locations in the book.

Dead Echoes is a supernatural tale that follows the events that span several decades involving a machine designed to contact the Dead.

The moteur fantôme, taken from a farmhouse in WWII France, is brought by a soldier to a funeral home in the United States, is involved in a boy's disappearance in 1989, and brings two brothers together in the present day.
