Authors & Reviewers in Paradise discussion

Hi, everyone! I know that in this group, authors can advertise their books and book reviewers can advertise their blogs, but I was wondering if it was okay for an author to advertise a group/blog for authors. From my perspective, a group for authors is like a combination of advertising books and advertising a blog, but I'm not sure if this combination is allowed in this group. I was about to post a link of a Goodreads group dedicated to authors, since there are currently very few members in it, but I was unsure as to whether or not this is against the rules and standards for this group. Does anyone know if it is allowed, or can someone contact the moderator of this group for an answer?
