Those are some pretty good ideas : ) I particularly like 3 and 5.➌ Supernatural SlaveXMaster (Futuristic)
-I like the concept, but it was a little vague and I didn't totally understand it. If we do this one, I would prefer the slave role. However I have to admit when I write this with my usual buddy, it ends up generally being smut, which I'm sort of trying to avoid because I find it generally ends up lacking any plot direction.
➎ Zombie Ending (Future)
-I'm down for this one but I'd like to do some edits if possible. A novel series I'm working on creating a world for is similar to this, but involves aliens and mutants instead of zombies. We don't need to do the aliens, but mutants might be cool because they do more than eat people; they also develop certain powers/abilities and are smart enough to learn how to use left behind weaponry.
-If we do this one, I would like to be Muse B, but rather than the age limit assignment, I was hoping to use my character Ryan Sterling. He would be a cop before the zombie and/or mutant outbreak but afterwards would be motivated to become what you have termed a "Ranger". He would just be 22 or 23 instead of 18, if all/any of that is okay with you.
➌ It's just basically some species of supernatural creatures have become looked down upon, for their ancestors choosing the loosing side of the 'great war'. I agree, though, it doesn't have much plot structure.➎ I wouldn't mind doing mutants, or aliens for that matter. It's nice to have some alteration from the zombie craze. I'm fine with Muse B's age being changed. The whole '18' thing was primarily meant to avoid someone from creating a kid character in this plot.
➌ I had a small idea for a book (again, sorry xD) where it's actually two vampire groups against each other. One group wants to keep the existence of vampires a secret from humans and the other doesn't give a crap and more or less goes around slaughtering and turning as they please. Then of course there's the sort a third group that's in between the two, not really identifying with either extreme or even as a group on their own. For this I could use Hayden, who's a half-vampire who not only doesn't identify with either vampire group but also not quite with humans either, although he tries to be as human as possible. He's very social and relationship-oriented, so he could get pulled around between all the sides quite easily. ➎ What exactly is the society like? The main bulk of my plot happens quite a while after a nuclear bomb goes off in the middle of the USA (the fallout creating the mutants), where gear and buildings and "factions" have already been created and are helping repair the world (aliens involved because they're trying to prevent the earth from destroying itself because it could lead to humans trying to colonize their planet). In this case, Ryan joins up formally with the "government led" faction which more or less serve as cops/EMT and goes to kill mutants, gather supplies, and save civilians.
OR, I could also do right after the bomb/whatever apocalypse form we choose, where the drama comes primarily from trying to survive. I find these roleplays a bit hard for me, because in trying to be realistic I find it's really hard to let my characters survive for very long. However, I've started to develop a character for this timeframe who lives far enough away that his town isn't affected by the radiation but close enough that the government has hired him to help clear wreckage/bodies/etc in exchange for drugs and health care to keep his family safe from any fallout that could potentially end up in his area.
Is there one that you care more for at all? I would personally rather use Ryan, but I could do any of the three or something else too.
I went out of town for a couple days; I did post about my absents in my general updates, but next time I'll post a note here as well.➌ With the vampire idea, how would the two character initially interact? Maybe, with my character, I could create someone whose part of the slaughtering side; And, since you mentioned Hayden being a half-blood, my character could mistake him as mortal and attack, or find him to close to the slaughters' territory and end up saving Hayden from being discovered by his clan?
➎ In my apocalypse society, there is basically the protected portion of hand - the city - run by a government, where they were rebuilding a civilization; Than there were the outsider groups, consisted of a smaller population whom were against the city laws. So, a pretty basic and similar social structure as your idea.
If we do the mutant plot, I would rather do the one that's a distance after the nuclear disaster.
No worries, I just wanted to post (but not too much) my ideas so I didn't forget them either. I have a bad habit of doing that if I don't write them down right away.➌ Hayden comes from a bloodline of vampires that I created myself, and it's strictly through family so only the Kirsten's can be these vampires--their bite does not turn humans because they have the ability to have children. As part of the Kirsten line, all boys are born half-vampires, but if they die they come back as a full vampire. While half-vampire, the vampirism is hidden pretty well so humans and monsters alike would mistake the half-vampire for a human, both by sight and scent. When he's younger (up to his mid-20's ish) Hayden identifies as a human and lives as one in a city, trying to deny his vampiric nature as much as possible. His father (a full vampire) works as a doctor so he brings home blood bags for them both (though he prefers real blood, his wife is abhorrently opposed to him attacking people). But once in his mid/late 20's, Hayden starts to feel like he's not fitting in anymore and tries to find other vampires, even though he knows this is risky because they will likely mistake him for food.
->If we go fully with the story idea, the Kirsten's are already among the keep-vampires-hidden clan, and Hayden's father has been killed years ago because he was allegedly found consorting with one of the slaughtering vampires. Hayden does not identify with either side and he's struggling to find anyone (bad vampire, good vampire, or human) that can understand him and appreciate him flaws and all (half-vampires have always been more or less frowned upon).
-> If we don't go fully with the story, Hayden can be clueless to the whole "war" going on and stumbles into it by accident in his search for other vampires. Going this route, he could be attacked and killed by one, coming back as a full-vampire himself and being brought into the vampire society that way OR he could also find the "bad" vampires by accident and be saved, as you mentioned.
Of the above, I'd prefer to go the semi-story route, but I'm not too picky about which way Hayden gets brought into the vampire society, though being saved might have a longer plot run given that Hayden can become a full-vampire later by other means (including perhaps by his own choice).
➎ I have no issues doing the one that's a while after the disaster; it is easier in certain ways. In this case I would use Ryan who, going by your structure rather than mine, would be fighting to get out of the city and help those in need almost since day one. He is very righteous/"heroic" although his brand of justice is more the "eye for an eye" type. His real past is heavily interwoven into another story I'm writing, so I'd like to change it for this and say he was born 50+ years after the disaster and is appalled by humanity's lack of care for those outside the city. Possibly he never knew his father and his mother was an outsider but brought into the city because she was deemed safe and also pregnant at the time (coming only for the healthcare), but still died during childbirth. Even raised by an adoptive family, Ryan still wants to follow in his mother's steps and be an outsider.
➌ I actually read a book, non published, that had a similar perspective on the vampire species as that; It was some years back though. Its' certainly a fresher take on the species, but than again we would have a lot of details to decide about - the limitation, strengths, weaknesses of a vampire as well as a full blood. ➎ I somewhat favor this plot, although admittedly the vampire one might offer a longer roleplay. You have mentioned that you wanted to use Ryan anyways. I, most likely, would create a new character as I don't have any that quite suite a futuristic rebel.
3 - My Kirsten line is sort of an "exception to the rule" thing and would be my primary focus, so the details I need for my vampires are set. You could decide what you want about the full bloods, given that you would be using them, but because I was writing a book about them, I did make some specifications about abilities and weaknesses. I can post them if you want, to see what you agree/diagree with. 5 - If you are more set on your version of the disaster, I'm down for it, it is a lot less confusing than mine lol. However, if you were thinking about this one but wanting it to be longer, I can show you some of the framework for my future world. I'm planning on making a novel series out of it so there's lots to go with (not everything is finished yet, though, of course). It would require more of a storyteller role for me (I would still use Ryan as my main) which I'm fine with but I don't want to hog all the plot if you don't like writing like that. If you're interested, I can note you the details; since I am wanting to publish eventually I'd rather not post them in a forum where anyone can read them.

➊ AngelXDemon (Modern)
Muse A & B spent the majority of their lives together, as childhood best friends. They have always confided in each other over everything, or at least assumed to be that way. In reality, A possesses a very dark secret - they possess demonic blood; filled with bloodlust and darkness. One night, B accidently witnesses A commit a murder, and flees. Only, B has seen them too at this point, and chases after A. In B's desperate to escape, they become a victim in an accident - a car crash of something like that. Years have passed, and B returned to Earth, as an angel. When B and A meet in battle, A is shocked to recognize his deceased friend. B, on the other hand, has no memories of ever being human.
➋ WerewolfXWerecat (Modern)
According to ancient tradition, a young male werewolf must undergo a ceremony in which allows him to find his soul-mate. As this is the case with Guy A. However, the critical months following the ceremony pass without results, a highly strange occurrence that leads the pack into believing that he is cursed as an omega (A mateless wolf). One night, when a trespassing werecat - GuyB - is discover by A, whom attacks B. In the midst of the chaos, A realizes that B is his actual mate. Now A must not only convince B of this, but also shield him from the pack, for they would surely kill B.
➌ Supernatural SlaveXMaster (Futuristic)
The year is 3014....
....And the human race is extinct. Those whom currently roam the Earth, were once referred to as the supernatural beings. Nearly five-hundreds years ago, the Great War commenced, resulting in the complete obliteration of the human race. It was in the aftermath of the Great War, that the laws, in which would alter society, were created. The laws were simple, stating that those species whom had served the side of the humans, would be punished for eternity; through being enslaved and forced to work beneath the remaining supernatural. The Enslaved serve as personal servants, labors, or fight for the entertainment of others.
➍ Peter Pan X Captain Hook
Before Tinkerbelle or Wendy...
Before Hook lost his hand...
Before the Lost-Boys...
Before Pan could fly...
Peter Pan is merely another teen orphan living off the streets, involved with the wrong crowds and reeking havoc in the night. However, his criminal life takes a turn, when the laws catches up with him, one bitter night. Corner onto the peers, and desperate to escape the police, Peter takes refuge in the cabin of a large ship. Upon trying to escape, he realized that the door is locked, and worse yet - the ship has set sail.
The "Captain" comes from a long-line of sailors and nobles but despite this, chose the rough life of a pirate as a child. Now as man, he had become the youngest and amongst the most feared, pirate captains with a rowdy crew to match.
And Nederland is the Captain's destination, for this cursed land has long-since been rumored to possess treasures far greater than any. But there are many tests must one pass, in order to reach this mystical land. But what happens when the Captain finds this stranger stored away on his ship?
~Based off Peter Pan but with a twist, this is before/during when Captain and Pan first met. A chance to write the fairy tale a different way.
➎ Zombie Ending (Future)
The end of the world approaches. Most of the mortal population has been wiped away, and those that remain are in a constant struggle to defend themselves against the zombies, a pack of flesh eating creatures that will attack anything with a heartbeat. Muse A is the leader of a large group of survivors. Muse B lives within the city - a safe haven, surrounded by towering walls to protect it, and ruled by a faulty government. When B turns eighteen, they are assigned the duty of a Ranger - a Ranger being those who go outside the city to scavenge for supplies. On B's first mission, they are nearly killed by a zombie, only to be saved by A.
➏ (Modern)
Don't call me Crazy.
I'm not crazy.
But the world is.
Muse A is different than that of a regular being; They view the world differently, almost as though they can read the auras of every creature. A sixth sense some say. From a young age Muse A has been thought insane, for a gift that cannot be explained. After years of attempting to cure their child, A's parents have but one option left - to send their offspring to Sunny Side, an insane asylum. Muse B was raised in the asylum, lost within these walls. B is violent, dangerous, silent. Always silent, never uttering a word, until he receives his newest roommate.
