I liked this book because it's funny, tells an interesting story, and is inclusive. I really liked the character Bauble. Similar books I have read are other D&D books and Familiar books. I give it a 4.5 star

You can read this in book form or on one of our esources. Storyline seemed interesting. It was something of a thriller. I believe another staff member or two also recommended this one also. This book was great because the little psychological twists that was in this book kept me so engrossed that it was hard to want to put down. It definitely did not end the way I was expecting. Let me just say there was a curveball thrown at the end of this book. People who like drama, psychological twists, or thrillers will like this book. Other books I've read that are similar are My Lovely Wife by Samantha Downing.

I picked up this books because I liked everything I've read by this author so I was excited to read her newest book. This book has it all mystery and suspense of a decades old murder. Although a work of fiction, all of her books are loosely based on actual events or people or places.
People who like any types of "who done it" type books-this was excellent right up to ad including the end will like this book. Other books I've read that are similar are The Dollhouse and the Masterpiece by this author. Bodies by Anita Shreve.

I picked this book up because I love Hester Fox's story telling. This book is great because it's a modern ghost story that ties together beautifully. A true creepy ghost story about witch craft. People who like gothic, mystery and horror will like this book. The Little Stranger and Woman in the Mirror are books that I have read that are similar to this book. 4 stars

I picked up this book because I have read other books by Dobson and they are all good. This book is great because it is a time slip novel with a story in the recent past-WWII era- and one in the present. Mostly her books deal with the Holocaust, children who escape or are taken in by others, and a mystery as well as historical events. People who like romance, intrigue, mystery and a poignant story of redemption will like this book. Other books that are similar are The Curator;s Daughter, Catching the Wind, Hidden Among the Stars, and Memories of Glass.

Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness
I picked this book up because everyone was talking about how good this book was and because of the TV Show. I liked this book because of magic, witches, and vampires. Also anything supernatural. The writing was good, the story line was good and the characters were people I would like to get to know. People who like SyFy and supernatural will like this book. Something that I have that is similar is Charlaine Harris series(Sookie Stackhouse).
