Rosamunde Pilcher and Robin Pilcher are mother/son, and both are bestselling authors.
Arthur Waugh, an author in the 1800s, begat two famous author sons: Alec Waugh, who wrote (among other things) Brief Encounter: A Novel and Island in the Sun; and Evelyn Waugh, who wrote Brideshead Revisited, and The Loved One, which was made into a movie which has become a cult classic. Evelyn's son Auberon Waugh was also a novelist, and Auberon's son Alexander Waugh is a novlist and a nonfiction writer.
Dick Francis, author of many best-selling suspense/mysteries based in the world of British horseracing, collaborated with his son on a few books towards the end of his life. Felix Francis then went on to write 10 more bestsellers in the series after his father's death.

Joe Hill is the son of Stephen King (I saw someone mention Owen above, but Joe is probably more well known). His book Horns was turned into a movie starring Daniel Radcliffe. all his books have won awards, and are SUPER creepy.

Jenna Evans Welch who wrote Love and Gelato is the daughter of Richard Paul Evans who wrote the Michael Vey series, among other things.
