I recently read The Innovators. There is only one MMPB, and it's a translation of the original. Can I upload the MMPB since it's a translation or the top PB, which is in English?

You should use the MMPB
From the rules
> If the sort results in an edition in a language other than English the edition SHOULD be used to establish length.
