A Bad Day

he woke up late
they weren’t working
so he couldn’t take the train
he walked to the bus
but as soon as he made it
it drove away
decide to walk to work
he wasn’t paying attention
and accidentally stepped on shit
woohoo! yippee! hooray!
my day sure is turning out great

he went to the store
to get a bottle of water
at the register he realized
he left his wallet
he asked the spanish man if he could pay later
he said, you pay! you pay

didn’t need that bottle of water after all
when he stepped out of the store
it started to rain
and he didn’t have an umbrella
what’s a man to do
he decided to go home
upon entering his building
he saw his crush
“why hello there Jane”
“fuck off Shane.” she say
“i love you too. have a great day”

he took off his wet clothes
and on his bed he lay
he turned to his cat
“looks like you’re the only pussy i get today”
