I just got the notification that Cassandra Clare has a new series out on ebook for Simon called the Shadow Hunter Academy. When I pulled it up to see it, it was $2.99 for 78 pages! that is so ridiculous and talk about price gouging. This is supposed to be a monthly serial which are getting so popular now. I liked the books that Clare put out but am going to pass on this.

They're about the same price as The Bane Chronicles were. It'll likely be cheaper to buy the compilation once all the novellas are released on their own.

I agree. That is why I am waiting until they are published into one book. Which if the go with the same price as The Bane Chronicles was 17-19 dollars depending where you got it.
