My last novel, Pierre & Bill: A Love Story, was about too much love. Van Alone is about not enough. This is my fifth book and I'm winding my way down a path that veers in and out of mystery. Jordi, Tony, and Beau are plot-driven stories with lovers and villains, while Pierre & Bill is a character-driven story where the danger is limited to everyday mortality. With Van Alone I'm trying to do both with a story about a damaged man whose quiet life comes undone by both crime and love. Still working on the cover - and the book!

While Van's getting all gussied up for his coming out (Van Alone 9/2022), his older brother Beau (not so old really: 5/2021) is available for a 99-cent read for the next several days.
