I picked this one up because it went with our March monthly readers challenge featuring umbrellas. It has supernatural elements. The main character is quite stubborn and very independent. Her character reached out to me and we bonded on some level. A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness is a little similar to this one. I give it 4 stars.

This one was recommended to me. I'm glad I decided to read it. The story was amazing. It's about alien abductions with kids and what a grandmother would do to get her grandson back. Secrets, lies, betrayals, and love. People who like mysteries, the unknown, alien abductions, and secrets will like this book. If you have read The Boy from the Woods by Harlan Coben or any other book that are suspenseful, have secrets and conspiracies, you will like this one also.
