Kara R. Hunt

Kara Hunt enjoys both fiction and non-fiction and has been a contributing author to the devotional, Marriage Matters. Kara, an evangelical minister, hosts the Cheer UP! Podcast. She is a member of the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA), Faith, Hope, & Love Christian Writers, the National Association of Christian Ministers, and American Christian Fiction Writers. She has garnered finalist and semi-finalist recognition in the ACFW Genesis Awards in the Mystery/Thriller/Suspense and Women’s Fiction categories. Her personal testimony and Christian journey have given her a depth of knowledge from which to draw as she writes, shares, and helps women who have faced similar circumstances. Kara and her husband reside in rural Missouri.
