I do not know how to add my book to my author profile. I was in touch with a librarian who I thought understood, and who said it could take a couple of days for it to be changed on the site, but it still hasn't been changed.

There are also three books posted on my author profile that should be removed. A book by Misha Collins is posted there and should be removed.
Also, there are two "ghost" books on my author profile page--without covers. One is a duplicate of my book (Love in a Time of Climate Change), but without a cover photo, so it should be deleted from Goodreads. The other (Branches Greatest Quotes) is not my book and should be deleted from my site.

The book you link is on your author profile, so not sure what the problem is there.

The "ghost" editions are legitimate editions, not to be removed. I combined them with the other editions.

I moved the Quotes book to a new author profile, and the Misha Collins book to his profile.

It will take awhile for these changes to appear corrected on your author profile page, but your book list should be fine, showing only 3 different books.

Abcdarian, I appreciate what you did--that is, removing the extra books that were not mine. The only problem is that you (or someone) removed the most recent version of Shaking the Gates of Hell (2020) and left the old version (2007). Could you please put the Second Edition back up and remove the earlier version? Thank you.

That way I will have the three books, including the updated version of Shaking the Gates of Hell.

We do not remove any valid edition. There are three unique works on your profile.

Probably a caching issue; profiles can take quite awhile to update.

Only the author can set a default edition. Try following Scott's linked instructions again.
