Reiki set up his guitar and fixed his shirt. He wore a pair of jeans with a chain-link belt, and a black shirt with a bikers jacket. He adjusted the mic and conversed with his band before speaking to the audience.

"Well, I'm hoping we aren't backgrounded noise to the bros-" The guys wooed quietly. "Oh, what the hell was that. To the bros-" He held out the mic and the guys wooed louder. "That's more like it. Now, from the top, bitches!" The girls hollered. "Bros!" The guys wooed again. "And last, but not least the non-binary hoes?!" Some people in the crowd screamed and he grinned. "Alright. now, we're gonna kick it off for you, with a classic- Enjoy."

Riley had gotten out of the house, having told Masami that she was going to Narkio's. Although it wasn't a lie since she had stopped there to change into a white v-neck and black miniskirt. She was glad Denki had dragged Gaku out, other wise she knew she'd be 100 percent fucked.
She cheered when the 'bitches' were called out for, he being in the middle of the club, but closer toward the front. She danced with one of the women there as well while they sang, but over all watched them while she did.

Reiki bowed to the crowd when he finished, him and his band moving offstage for the next small band. He glanced around at the crowd and took a double-take when he saw Riley. He blinked. His drums guy looked from behind him to see who he was staring at. He whistled.
"Damn, she's cute. Know her? Or just scouting? Cause if not-" The drummer went to move towards her and Reiki stopped him, giving him a sweet smile.
"Oh, I know her. And she's claimed. Go find your own slice of tail for tonight." He patted his shoulder and walked over to Riley, weaving through the crowd.

Riley laughed with the woman she danced with, then denied her kindly at a drink offer. "Thanks though, sweetheart." She said, looking back over toward the stage as the woman walked off, slightly disappointed. She saw Reiki walking over toward her and smiled at him, walking to him as well. "Hey there, rockstar. You could've told me you played, I found out through a friend that saw the list of bands playing here with some pictures. I saw you in one of them."

He gave her a look, glancing down her outfit. "How'd you get in, Carino?" He asked, skipping over her questions. He slightly pulled her off the dance floor so they wouldn't get bumped into.

"Like how'd I get my way with the bouncer or how'd I get my way past papa?" She questioned, but decided to just say for both. "If the bouncer, I said I was here with one of the band members, even gave 'proof', although just proof of me knowing you. Papa, I said I was going to a friend's house, which also wasn't a lie because I went to said friend's house first." She explained as she went with him willingly.

Reiki blinked then chuckled. "Why am I not surprised. He didn't even ID you for age, considering how you look." He commented. He shook his head. "And I didn't say anything because it's a rare occurrence. Because I didn't want a certain dickhead finding out about my extracurricular activities." He kept a hand near her arm.

"How I look? That better be in a good way." She teased, booty bumping him. "Fair enough though, but I want to know whenever you do have these 'rare occurrences', your singing voice is hot." She complimented him.

Reiki tsked. "If me shooing off my drummer doesn't tell you how you look, I don't know what does." He tapped her ass. " Singing voice? Hot? Are you sure it's not the song I was singing? And maybe I will. As long as you don't get your ass yelled at, and I don't die." He said, looking at her.

"Shooing off your drummer, huh? Was somebody jealous at the thought of me fucking someone else?" She teased, a playful smile resting on her lips. "Very hot though, and not just because of the song. I'll make sure you don't die and that I don't get yelled at."

Reiki tensed up at her tease. "No, he's a scumbag. Plain and simple. And you were here for me, so why would you sneak off to fuck my drummer? Unless you don't want me, I can go backstage and leave..." He trailed off, moving back, brows raised. "If you say so."

Riley instantly grabbed his arm and pulled him close, tilting her head back to look him in the eyes fully. "You're not leaving me. Besides, if anything I'd go for my dancing partner from earlier, much hotter than that drummer. Although I still say you're the hottest one here. Well...after me of course." She said, giving a wink.

He blinked down at her, glancing at her hand on his arm. "Aggressive. I like it. And hm. Interesting. Hottest one here? Far fetched, but you're the hottest the one I would go after first." He said, chuckling at her wink.

"Oh?" She gave a laugh. "I'm curious, who do you think is the hottest then?" She questioned.

Reiki chuckled. "I meant you. I said the hottest one I would after. You're the only one I'd go after." He said, subtlety pulling his arm away from her touch.

"Ooh, how romantic." She teased, moving her hand back and took a step back so she didn't strain her neck.

He chuckled. "Too tall for ya?" He glanced around and started getting looks, his drummer whistled and he turned her around towards backstage. He whispered in her ear, "Let's go outback, we got a whole audience." He nudged her, patting her ass.

"A bit, yeah." She said, but did as he asked, grabbing his hand so they weren't separated as she headed toward where he directed her..

He stayed behind her, his band whistling and hooting as he passed. One even went as far as to call out. "Get some of that!"
Reiki rolled his eyes, glancing at their hands and smiling a little. He squeezed her hand a bit, directing her to the back door out of the club. He turned her to him, leaning down and kissing her gently.

Riley laughed as she heard his band mate. Her eyes widen slightly in surprise of his gentle nature, but didn't question it as she closed them, kissing him back as she brought her free hand to rest on his chest.

He slowly eased into the kiss, deepening it, his hand catching her waist, the other intertwining their fingers. He went to part his lips and lick hers when a cough behind them sounded.

Aston was leaning against the outside of the club, he had on all-black attire, a black shirt, dark jean pants, and boots. He pushed off the wall silently as Reiki turned around, eyes slightly wide, but returning to normal somewhat when he saw who it was.

Riley gave a questioning hum and turned toward the cough and jumped toward Reiki with a squeal. "Aston! What are you doing here!?" She questioned, although knew she had no right to really be asking that.

Reiki kept his hand on his waist to steady her. He watched Aston closely as he came out and over to them a few feet. "Should be asking you the same thing, Riley. As you told your dad Denki's. Which, as I've known this entire time, you haven't been. I had the police track that anklet." He nodded to the house arrest anklet under Reiki's pant leg. "That's how I'm here. No, your dad doesn't know, I haven't said anything, he's sleeping." He flicked his eyes between them ."But this, whatever you two have isn't gonna be secret for much longer. Not with your dad on a hate train for Reiki here."
Reiki swallowed a bit. He hadn't gotten a good look at Aston, and now he could see he was actually really intimidating. Given everything. And his boyfriend... And that he was fucking said's daughter. He glanced at Aston, who met his gaze.

"In my defense, I did go there first tonight." She tried to joke, but sighed. "Aston, please, papa may actually kill him if he finds out." She said, clutching Reiki's shirt slightly with a pleading look in her eyes. "I can't just leave them completely alone, they need someone to be there for them."

Aston glanced between them, Reiki glancing at Riley, his hand slightly tightening on her waist. Aston noticed and looked at Riley. "But what are you supplying them? Friendship for a fun night? What are you giving her? What is she to you? It wouldn't be morally right for me to leave my step-daughter with someone who could be just using her. Unlike your father, I'm more worried about your feelings being toyed with than about you getting hurt." He crossed his arms. "I've been given a reason to let you hang out with him without saying anything to your father, but now it's a matter as to whether to let it keep happening." He adjusted the cuffs of his shirt.

Reiki gulped a little. He and Riley have crossed many boundaries, but necessarily what their relationship was yet was on the fence. He looked at Riley, confused as to what to do.

Riley huffed and let go of Reiki, although didn't try to get out of their grasp. "I'm 'supplying' them someone to actually care about them, someone to feel safe with, and someone to be there for them. Just the same as you did for Cole. It's different, sure, age, relationship, and all, but it's also the same." She explained, stubborn and surprisingly very defensive. "Rather you give me your approval to hang out with Reiki doesn't matter, it's not your decision nor your life and it's going to keep happening."

Aston blanched, especially at the mention of Cole. "I'm not trying to control your life, Riley. I'm just trying to look out for you. No, I don't know him the way you do. But maybe him voicing his intentions would make this less rocky to let go past your father. Instead of you sneaking around him." He put his hands in his pockets and stepped closer to her. "Cole knew my intentions for him. Do you know Reiki's? You can't supply things for him without knowing what he wants." He glanced back at Reiki. "I forgive you in a way for what you did. I look at it from the standpoint that Cole could've been in your same shoes, and I still would've done the same I did as I do now." He gave him a hard look. "But I don't trust you with Riley without knowing what exactly you are having her around for. Especially in your spot in the law."

Reiki flinched a bit, finding himself stuck in another situation where his emotions were on display. He knew he wanted Riely still around, he liked the affection she gave him, he wanted her around sometimes when he was alone. He swallowed. "I- Riley is someone I've never had." He said. He didn't know what else to say and glanced away.

"What if they don't exactly know?" Riley questioned, noticing how he wasn't sure what to say. She finally pulled out of Reiki's hold, fully facing Aston now. "They haven't truly had someone in a long time from what I've been able to tell, so they may not know what exactly they want yet, but with time I'm sure they'll figure it out."

Aston gave her a look. "They know." Reiki's one sentence was all he needed. Reiki looked at Aston, who ghosted his eyes over them. "You don't have to tell me, but keep your intentions good." He looked back at Riley. "I just needed to have a sign that told me you weren't being played a fool, Riley." He said. "Because, even though I and your dad aren't married, I consider you as much as my child." He took his hands out of his pockets and watched Reiki take Riley's hand hesitantly. Reiki might be confused as to who and what he could voice on Riley and their feelings for her, but Aston, having been on that boat, knew.

Riley kept quiet, finally nodding after a moment and giving a smile, having almost instantly entangled her fingers with Reiki's. "I take it your taking me home then?" She finally spoke, not exactly wanting to leave Reiki though.

"I'll leave that up to you." He said, giving her a small smile back.
Reiki held her hand tightly, looking at Aston. He wasn't making her go back, so that was good. He came up behind Riley, closer. Aston still kept watch, flicking his eyes to Reiki but waiting for Riley's response.

Riley's smile widened and shook her head. "I'll be back in the morning then. Thanks, pops."

Aston nodded, a ghost of a smile on his lips. "Okay, I'll talk to your dad too. About Reiki and see if I can find a happy medium. I'll let you know. But just at least let me know that when you lie to him, text me where you really are. Alright?"

"I can do that." Riley nodded to him.

Aston waved as he walked off, "Be careful, don't do anything stupid. And don't hurt her." He gave Reiki a sharp look. "I'll see you when you get home, Riley." He smiled at her and went to his car.
Reiki nodded when Aston said to not hurt her and didn't release a breath or any tension until Aston was down the road.
"I thought Masami was intense and intimidating." Reiki looked at her.

"I will be, see ya." She called after him, then turned to Reiki. "I told you he was the more irritable one between them." She said, unlinking her hand and hugging him. "But I told you he'd ease up on you. Now we just have papa to worry about with it...and maybe Cole, I'm sure he knows about who you are at this point."

Reiki stiffened a bit, slowly wrapping his arms around her, returning her hug. "He seemed calm in the car. But that was very, protective? And I don't know. He, um, saw something. Hopefully, he can convince your dad. Anyways, Cole is his adoptive son, right?" He said, skipping over the whole Masami bit. Aston wasn't wrong about Reiki knowing, but he wasn't ready to admit it.

"If anyone can, it's him. But yes, Cole's his son." She said with a nod in clarification. She laid her head on his chest after he returned her hug.

Reiki looked down at her, holding back his surprise and lifting a gentle hand to her hair. "I knew you said he was, but he talked about him like you pissed in his Wheaties by bringing him up." He commented.

"It could've been from me using him as a comparison, but it was the only way I knew how to try and get him to understand." Riley guessed with a shrug.

Reiki nodded, keeping his arms around her. "Thanks again, for the other night. You didn't have to help me." He said, referring to her calming him down from his nightmare.

"It's what I'm here for, so you someone that can help you and someone to care for you." She said, smiling up at him warmly.

Reiki felt his face warm as he recalled Aston's words of his true feelings and intentions. What he wanted from her. He brushed a thumb across her cheek, lost in his thoughts.

Riley leaned into his hand slightly. "Reiki? Are you okay?"

Reiki blinked and shook his head, realizing what he was doing. He pulled his hand back and stepped away. "Sorry. I'm fine."

Riley held back a whine at him pulling away, but barely gave a wince. She let him back away and dropped her arms. "Are you sure?"

He watched her and hesitantly stepped forward again. "Did I do something wrong? And yeah, I'm fine." He had noticed her small wince.

"No, just the sudden lack of contact, threw me off slightly." She reassured him, smiling at him again.

He blinked when she said lack of contact. "So, you like having me close to you?" He stepped up to her, bending his head down a bit to her.
