Hi everyone! Louise and I started this book yesterday and will be reading it until Sunday when we’ll discuss it so feel free to join whenever! :)

ok so i just finished reading part one and i really like it so far! it’s really interesting to read abt alexithymia (cus i’d heard of asperger syndrome before but i’d never heard of alexithymia)

But it was such a beautiful story! I can see why everyone was raving about it when it came out

What do you think of the ending though? Do you think the MC will start feeling emotions now?

tbh i don’t really understand the ending i thought it wasn’t explained enough… i would’ve liked to have a little explanation

I kinda liked that it was a somewhat open ending tbh and my interpretation of it is that the MC is gonna start slowly -and to some extent- feeling like any person would but it’ll never be 100% the same.
