These events sound amazing but being on the other side of the country from them makes them difficult to get to. :(

What has two thumbs and hotel reservations for ACII? This guy.

I just checked hotel availability because I live 6 hours away.
All the Hilton hotels are sold out, similar results at Mariott's with just a few rooms left about 4-8 miles from Williamsburg.
I think I'll take a pass and try to book early for next year.

You're best bet is probably when they formally announce the next Con, book a room at the Doubletree using the STC discount. You have until something like 48 before the date to cancel without penalty.

Haaa. I'll keep my eyes open. If you see a guy in a Cthulhu, Ghosterbusters or Kansas Jayhawks t-shirt, especially hanging around Tim Lebbon, Ronald Malfi or Mike Duke, it's probably me.
