Edvin walked into the Great Hall, and sucked in a breath. He came to England a few months ago, but had had to focus mostly on English. Earlier that day he had been at the quidditch match, and then was flown in his Grandpa’s car to Hogwarts.
The tension was so… different here.
It was great in Durmstrang, everyone got along, but here… it felt more like a normal High school.
Edvin smiled.

He remembered that his grandparents had signed something for him… Hogsmead papers. He took out his map that his grandpa had givin him and found his way to Hogsmead

Amelia sat down

He couldn’t find the way so he went back to the great hall and collapsed on the nearest stool.

He saw a ghost and a girl in blue sitting around one ghost. The ghost was holding a leather book in her hand. She was reading it and barely not laughing, and the two girls by her were looking annoyed, but still trying not to laugh.
Calida closed the book, “It’s getting late. Do you want me to get you into the commonroom?”
“Uhh,” Calida said, “Is that even allowed?”
“I’m sure Snape would allow it.”
“What do you mean, Snape?”
“The way to get into the tower is the portrait. It recognizes the Slytherins, but if someone lets someone they trust in, it’s fine; especially because there’s no password and they can’t come in again.” Calida explained.
Clara frowned.
“It’s new, from after the war with… uhm WhateverHisNameWas and Moldy.”

“Harry Potter and Voldemort?”
“Right. Those two.” Calida said, “Snape is the guard…”

((About how umm he can't wait to get back to his house in the summer and go swimming. Maybe bring some friends. He hoped Calida would come)

“I can’t wait for summer,” she read, “that’s when me and Calida will be out of detention for the potion… and as much as I enjoy the extra time with her, I’d rather not spend it while my arms feel like noodles!”

“Soon I’ll sit next to the pool with Calida… and maybe a few other friends. Can’t wait to show her the house! Although I’m kind of worried what my parents are going to think…” She continued. “Oh! I forgot though… wonder how I’ll hide my pets for a while— I can’t believe how much teasing they would cause from her!”

Lynn's eyes widened. "What?! He has pets? Not a pet?"

“…Well. I need to sleep, Snape checks the boys dorm soon. Sometimes I wish I were a girl, just for the extra hours of awake time! Although when I think about it… being a girl would be torture.” Calida finished, then she turned to Lynn, “Yep! It’s been a while since I was there so I don’t remember how many… around ten, I think.”

“Yeah. I remember you telling me when you came home, it was exactly ten.”

"Lucky!!" She cried out

“Now I remember!” Calida said, “Yeah, ten. Eight pigmy puffs, one niffler, and one owl. He didn’t end up managing to hide them very well.” She laughed.

“Yeah,” Clara laughed, “Until you have to take care of them!”

"True! Did you have to take care of them?" Lynn asked

“Well—“ Clara started to say, but Calida interrupted her, “Yes. When I found them he let some time pass, and then asked me to play Truth or Dare with him, and he dared me to take care of his pets almost all summer!”

"Whoa! Still their cute aren't they?? I've always wanted one." Lynn sighed enviously

“Key word in that sentence—“ Calida said,
“One.” Clara finished

Lynn giggled and wished she could shove the two of them. "Or maybe eight." She joked

“Ok, good luck with that!” Calida joked back

“Oh! I have a good prank idea!” Calida exclaimed, “What if I give him back his diary now where it was, so he thinks I didn’t take it, but we tease him all day tomorrow about what we read! Everyone’s helping me, right?”

Lynn remained silent. "I guess?@

“Come onnn! It’ll be fun he’ll be so confuzzled!”

Lynn pursed her lips and smiled finally giving in."Fineee."

“Clllara?”
“No.”
“Fine, then we won’t either.”
“Good.” Clara left,
“We totally still are.” Calida smirked as she put the diary in place again

"I guess this'll be fun." Lynn admitted

“It will be.” Calida assured her, “well… unless he’s changed in the last year…”

Lynn panicking, shoved her robe's hood over her head and hid behind Clara. Of course it didn't help

Instead a parent walked in. A parent. What was happening?

"Hi!" Lynn immediately but accidentally blurted.

The man immediately whipped his head towards her, “And who might you be?”

"I'm ummm I'm Lynn?" She felt all nervous
