The cover image shown in the Goodreads database for the Wordsworth Classics paperback edition of the book
Silas Marner
by George Eliot
(ISBN: 1853262218)
does not match the copy of that edition that I have in hand.
I believe that my copy simply has an alternate cover, so I'm requesting that an alternate cover entry be added to the Goodreads database for this edition, to benefit other Goodreads users. I've scanned the cover from my copy of the book and uploaded the scan to my Photos, if needed. A link to this cover scan is provided below.

Thank you, although I had some trouble switching my To Read shelf on Goodreads from the previously catalogued cover for this edition to the alternate cover. The database entry for the alternate cover doesn't appear to list the ISBN.

That is correct, an ISBN can only be present one time in the database.

I remember that when I was adding the Lord Of The Rings books to my To Read shelf, alternate covers with the same ISBN could be accessed through a list at the top of the database entry for the ISBN. Admittedly, that was a while ago, and Goodreads may no longer feature this option.

Some librarians take the extra step to cross-reference the editions in the description. At this time, there is a bug which sometimes gives an error, even though the URL is a link to a Goodreads edition.
