My friend is trying to find a book they read in ~2016 but they can't remember the title or author. They do remember it was a sci-fi book but involved no aliens or space travel. The main characters were a group of girls in a lab who were test subjects. These girls were named after constellations. There were these women who would act almost as nurses for the girls and treated them as specimen rather than humans. The girls didn't have individual rooms within the lab.
