Kimberly Zeidler | 22 comments Happy August! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer! I am in the middle of The Other Mrs. — book #20 for me. I just recently finished Things We Never Got Over and that was really good. I definitely recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not sure what will be up next for me — I feel like I have too many options hehe! Not a bad problem to have. Hope all is well and can’t wait to see what you are all reading! ☺️

Chelsea N | 11 comments July was my reading month 😂 moved my goal up to 22 books from 12 since I’m already at 11!!

1. Things we never got over - wow 10/5 🌟 loved every minute of this one
2. Crying in H Mart - so good, even if you’re not familiar with Asian/Korean specific culture I still think it’s a good read about loss and grieving
3. A man called Ove - reminded me of the main character/story from Up, first half of the book was a little slow but it picked up by the end and melted my heart.
4. It ends with us - read it in 24 hours ahahah great quick read, good for a palate cleanse after pretty girls.
5. Pretty Girls - so good, finished in 2 days but definitely had a lot of super descriptive gory bits so if you’re sensitive to that/themes of sexual abuse you may want to skip this one.

Reading A Girl’s Guide to Murder now and so far so good!! Then after that trying to decide between Lincoln Highway or Wrong Place, Wrong Time.

Jordan Sosanya | 19 comments Damn, Chelsea! Killing it!!

I was slacking the past month. For some reason I couldn’t find the energy to mentally dedicate my brain capacity to read a book lol… or I just am extra tired and exhausted from parenting!

I finished Small Great Things by Jodi Picoult and I loved it. Highly recommend. Also read One True Loves by Taylor Jenkins Reid and it was great. An interesting story line to really make you think about what you would do if you were in that situation.

I just started The Summer I Turned Pretty. I watched the show on Amazon a few months ago and loved it so figured I’d give the book a go.

Hopefully reading next: A Flicker in the Dark, The Hotel Nantucket, You Made a Fool of Death With Your Beauty, and Carrie Soto is Back

Chelsea N | 11 comments Ok finished a good girls guide to murder and even though it moved pretty quick in the beginning, about half way through it got SOOOO SLOW until about 20 pages left. and I had *kinda* already figured out who did what so just a warning if anyones interested in it, you will get annoyed and want it to move faster 😂😂 but it’s a short and easy read if that’s what you’re needing!!

Lauren Schwabe | 1 comments Love that it's national book lovers day! I guess my Kindle stopped linking with my Goodreads, so I just added a bunch I've read the last couple months. I've gotten a handful of good ones in- all my Libby requests seem to be available at the same time haha. Finally got some more CoHo and Taylor Jenkins Reid books in. In fact, I actually read One True Loves AGAIN because I had forgotten I already read it a few months ago haha. Didn't love Forever, Interupted, but I can't wait for Carrie Soto is back.

Emily | 18 comments I just want to say that this group brings me much joy and i know the year isn’t over but Kim can we do it again in 2023 lol

Slacker again this month, couldn’t bring myself to read much but got through 2: Where The Crawdads Sing (obsessed) and The No Show (did not like). I think I’m gonna try Things We Never Got Over next since it got two good reviews from the group!
