I'm going to regret this, but I just subscribed. Thanks!

Thank you both, Zara and Jennifer! Hey, we already know you love audiobooks and everyone loves a heads-up on a sale or giveaway. Tell your friends! :)
Now I just have to find room in my schedule for one of the books you have narrated. Some day!
Hi,I got an email re. this and there are quite a few titles to check out! (over a dozen).
Most are 'listen and review' titles, which is fine, but I'm waiting to be approved for one. I don't know whether to apply for another, or whether they're offered from the same person.
I also don't quite get the Whispersync deals.. The links I checked go to different priced deals - usually higher, though one ('Way of the Wolf') is free, then it's $2.29 for the audible version (or £2.99 at the U.K. site..
Since my reviews are.. sparse and I don't have any type of audible account, I doubt I'll get sent the book.. :(
Back to trying to get a library out of my area to let me sign up, since there are a total of 15 mp3 (more wma, but I've given up trying to get those to work on my phone) titles available in the 'non-fiction' section in my local library :o
Hope you have better luck though: a great idea, and a good opportunity for the 'chosen ones' :P
Hi Hanna,If you post a review on Goodreads, that would be great. Some of the narrators did run out of codes. I decided to let people know when I ran out for the book I listed in the first email for Audiobook Blast and told them that I hoped they would try again. BTW, you don't need an Audible account in order to leave a review. Since you were gifted the book via Audible, you should be able to leave a review because you now own a copy of the book via the Audible site.
Reviews don't have to be super-long, etc., but it really does help if you can rate it star-wise and then write a few sentences about what you liked and/or didn't like. A short review is more helpful than you realize. :) When you apply for a book, list Goodreads and Audible as sites where you would leave a review.
As for Whispersync, I haven't listed anything in that category yet but I know that titles in the Whispersync program are greatly reduced if you buy the Kindle version and then add the audio version. The audiobook probably won't be free but it will be priced very low, often at $1.99 or $2.99.
Hope this helps!

The newsletter is great as we can choose exactly what we want to be notified ofI was a member of the audiobook Facebook page, I left because I didn't much like some of the books being promoted, I'm a bit of a prude I guess, so I really appreciate the new Audioblast
Hi Lee,Oh I certainly will leave a review here if I get gifted a book :)
I'll probably copy/paste it onto audible too. I've got the app now, since I got the Pride & Prejudice audiobook free from Amazon :)
Thank you ^..^
