The person in the column next to me is continuously slopping her entries over into my column and I can no longer neatly enter my content. It won't conform to the box as it used to. Is there anything that can be done to reestablish the borders?

I didn't see your name under 2022 but I did see it twice under 2021. I went ahead and just clicked the column of the person before you, went up to the top where it says format, then wrapping and select wrap. Anyone can do this for any of the columns. Since there is a space between the last person's name and yours, it likely wasn't auto wrapping the text.
