I think he goes more by Josh Reynolds, and he is indeed as you say tearing it up. First novel was Dracula Lives! (2010) and he's written another twenty or more novels since then!

But some vampire stories are just too good to ignore. I bought it and should have the novel by Wednesday. It probably goes on my TBR pile, but this one has me curious because so few people have read or reviewed it. I might move it up to a high spot on that pile.

I made my acquaintance with him and his work while we were both under the umbrella of Emby Press. His first two novels about the Royal Occultist (The Whitechapel Demon and The Jade Suit of Death) were right up my alley, and might be up yours, too. That sounded suggestive.
Recently, he's had some success with the Arkham Horror line. His was the first entry (Wrath of N'kai) and he's got another one coming soon.
He also writes in the Black Library (Warhammer 40k) in the same genre, more or less, just in a vastly different setting. He's a good sort.
