Play Book Tag discussion

The Germans have a British man in Dachau, and they will only release him to a family member. The British Government need someone that they can trust, and so they call on Maisie Dobbs, and send her to Hitler’s Germany to pretend to be the man’s daughter on this mission for the British Secret Service. This book marked a different direction for this series, and it was interesting to see Maisie in a different world. There were parts of the plot that were very difficult to belief, but this series is so enjoyable that I really didn’t mind this, and I’m just happy to read along and see which adventures Maisie gets herself caught up in.

This book was more suspenseful than any other in the series, I think. Maisie wasn't happy with it and I felt for her.
