Good Night, Mr. Wodehouse -- Finished 1Q23 and really liked it! I frankly admit I picked this up because I love P. G. Wodehouse and was curious about his role in this book. But I wound up adding much of the rest of this author to my TBR because I liked the story so much!
The Widow Workmanlike domestic suspense/thriller. I liked it, but it wasn't a standout book for me.
Ten Dead Comedians: A Murder Mystery **Finished**
The Whispers of War**Finished**
Truth and Other Lies**Finished**
The Secret Ingredient**Finished**
Hotel Portofino**Finished**
Sister Stardust
Brooklyn Supreme**Finished**
The School for German Brides**Finished**
Pay Dirt Road Read 2Q23. More compelling than I expected it to be, and the author is smart for her age, which I really like. I'll be keeping this author and series on my radar.
Matrix
Kill All Your Darlings**Finished**
The Women's March: A Novel of the 1913 Woman Suffrage Procession **Finished**
Sisters Behaving Badly**Finished**
The Ravaged**Finished**

Love the name of your challenge! Good night Mr Wodehouse looks interesting. I haven't read any of your list. Enjoy!
Interesting list. I haven't read any of them. I did see Hotel Portofino on PBS earlier this year and liked it a lot. Will be interested to see what you think about the book.
I love your lists, Jennifer! I always love lists where I haven't read any of the books on them. And all these books look really good. Hopefully you've found my next reading list. :-)
Interesting list! I haven't read any of these, so I'll be interested to see what you think. Happy Reading!
Good luck and Happy reading, Jennifer.
3rd list is the charm, right?? I have a feeling that these might go quicker....

Even if they don’t, I’m in the “excitement” phase of the five phases of the annual challenge, so I won’t notice.

Happy reading!"
Logically that's wrong, but emotionally that's absolutely right!! And I have the empty wallet to prove it.

Well, Alondra, I was completely willing to go with your prediction, but here I am doing my mid-year update and it turns out this is the list I've made the least progress on, although I'm partly through a third title and a fourth is coming up this week later.
