I see that you gave Idoru 5 stars. That’s encouraging since it’s sitting on my bookshelf getting dusty! I didn’t realize it’s 2nd in a series, though. Have you also read the first book Virtual Light??

I've read Virtual Light and Idoru and gave them both 5 stars. The 3rd book in the trilogy is All Tomorrow's Parties (4 stars). Excellent stories. Gibson can be hit or miss with me, but I liked these three very much.

I think I should have given the Peripheral more of a chance. I think it might be a TV series. That might be a better format

Thanks Bill for your comments on Gibson’s trilogy. I may suggest Virtual Light next year for our sci-fi book club read.
