Under the Dome by Stephen King, I believe it was like 1,100 or something
Grandmaster Of Demonic Cultivation by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu. while the translations are in sold in shorter books, the webnovel as a whole is over a thousand pages.

after 1 or 2 idk but i did read them in wattpad so i don’t think that counts until i get them physically

The Complete Tales and Poems by Edgar Allan Poe (1026 pages) but that's multiple novels in one book so as far as single novels go i think it was Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy with 804 pages
