Will Schroeder, the reporter, manages to infiltrate the wedding shower without being noticed and gets an unsuspecting Robin to share personal and private information with him before being exposed. With all those FBI agents and Navy SEALs around, did you wonder how he was able to get in there unnoticed? Were you concerned about what he would do with the information Robin shared?

With a wedding shower, you're going to have friends and family from two different families. I think Robin assumed that Will was a friend of Jules and didn't think anything about the questions Will was asking. As far as I know, there wasn't security on the door and no one was checking invitations, so it wouldn't be hard for anyone to walk into the party.

Yes, I was nervous that Robin would spill too much private information and it would get published.

I wasn't surprised that he got in with all the comings and goings. Will is also very skilled at deception and infiltrating places that he shouldn't.

Will's integrity was evident in Flashpoint so while I was nervous about the information getting out, I didn't think Will would be the one to do it, especially as he tried to cut Robin off several times.

I wasn't surprised that he got in. He knows how to be a gossip reporter and blend in with the crowd.

I don't remember him in Flashpoint. I'll need to go back and reread his section. I thought he was a scumbag in this story. I knew the information would get out and I didn't expect Will to redeem himself. I planned to hate him forever.

Thanks for that perspective, Lauren and Sharon. I was more skeptical about his ability to get in there unnoticed but you make good points.

Sharon, Will was the reporter who helped them find Tess in Flashpoint. He’s a bit ethically challenged but not at the risk of life, just for the story. I wasn’t overly worried he’d deliberately hurt Robin in his reporting but I wasn’t sure, especially when he thought Robin might have been drinking.

You both are right. Now that I remember who he is, he does care about people at risk. Maybe he didn't trust Robin either, and wanted to make Jules think twice. I'm not sure why he documented the conversation so someone else could get to it.

As an investigative reporter, this would be second nature. A tool of the trade.

I was a little surprised because of all the agents there...I mean hello??? And knowing that this wedding would be on the radar of so many...not only reporters but fans, etc. I know Will is a good reporter, but I thought this was too easy for him.
