OMG great job hitting 100 books!! I loved Legends & Lattes! Haven't read Bookshops & Bonedust yet.
Are you still shooting for 135? My goal for this year was 100 and I'm about to his 60. I'm crazy enough to wonder if I could pull of 2 books per day for the last 3 weeks of the year....hahah
Elyse wrote: "OMG great job hitting 100 books!! I loved Legends & Lattes! Haven't read Bookshops & Bonedust yet."I loved it too! I should probably get on the holds list for the sequel. I'm sure it's enormous lol.

Realistically I might end up changing it. The last couple years I think I was aiming for 150 and had to change to 135 so I thought that was a reasonable goal! But 29 more books in the next 22 days is unlikely. Especially since I still have some longer books on the go that I'm hoping to finish.
105.
The Taking of Jake Livingston by Ryan Douglass (public library, audiobook)I picked this one because it's narrated by Kevin R. Free, the voice of Kevin on Welcome to Night Vale. He was (of course) a good narrator but the book was a 3 star for me.
106.
Lumberjanes, Vol. 20: End of Summer by Shannon Watters (public library)Hey look I actually finished a series!!
I'm crazy and I don't want to change my goal of 100 so I'm going for it and trying to find a couple of short books to mix in with the longer ones. My commute being 15-20 minutes less each way and being so busy at work really decreased my reading this year. I think I need to drop my goal to 75 for next year.
107.
I Talk Like a River by Jordan Scott (school library, storytime)108.
Slammed in the Butthole by My Concept of Linear Time by Chuck Tingle (podcast)109.
The Babysitter III by R.L. Stine (TBR pile)110.
Welcome to Camp Nightmare (Goosebumps #9) by R.L. Stine (TBR pile)111.
Over and Under the Snow by Kate Messner (school library, storytime)I have adjusted my goal from 135 down to 125, which is still a challenge but more within reach. I need to finish 14 books in the next 13 days. Hopefully including most of my currently reading books.
112.
Worm and Caterpillar Are Friends by Kaz Windness (read before gifting)113.
The Skull by Jon Klassen (school library, storytime)12 books in 12 days now! And I have one more storytime book to read over the next few days.
114.
The Ghost Next Door (Goosebumps #10) by R.L. Stine (TBR pile)115.
Harrow the Ninth (The Locked Tomb #2) by Tamsyn Muir (public library, audiobook)116.
The Giant Ice Cream Mess (Fox Tails #3) by Tina Kügler (read to my nephew)117.
Under Heaven by Guy Gavriel Kay (TBR pile)The end! I had to lower my goal again. My total is still higher than most years (I've just been aiming high lately), yet I feel like I had a lot of reading slumps. I think I can point to a few causes, but I'll need to do some thinking about how I can make sure reading stays fun!
The adventure continues in 2024.
