R O X Y So I just had a massive revelation about my mental health now and as a child and I thought I would put it out there in hopes that it will help someone else give words to the unexplainable problem.

I act like a traumatised person but there is no situation in my past that was really bad, or bad enough to leave me in my current and regular state.

But as someone emotionally intelligent and neurodiverse, I was perceiving situations and reading into them differently than other people and that left a mark on me. If you put two people in a room they don’t see it the same. Anyway I was put in all these ‘normal’ situations that a viewed as traumatic.

And this gives me the validation to have the diagnosis I have and to act the way I do because I am just reacting as I should to the things I observed.

Hope this helps somebody out there ❤️ I’m here to talk whenever just message me :) ( you are not alone ) xo
