So, we know the GR Choice 2022 Winners, but which books did you find exemplary?

Which books released in 2022, did you end up giving 4/5 stars and couldn't help falling in love with them?

I didn't read many books released in '22, but I loved Kingdom of the Feared and Terms and Conditions. Those were my favourite and I also enjoyed reading House of Sky and Breath, especially the end 😛.

Lisette (illusie) | 1284 comments I didn't read many released books in 2022 either

I really enjoyed Fake It Till You Bake It. I gave it for stars. I love reading and baking, so a book about baking is a win win situation for me. This book was very funny and I loved the banter between Donovan and Jada. This is a very cute story and a very enjoyable read.

Austin George | 471 comments I didn't read any books published in 2022. All my 30 books that I read last year were published in previous years.

Austin George | 471 comments It doesn't help that the library near me doesn't stock its shelves with the latest books.

Arundhati | 1454 comments I didn't read many books last year, but out of the ones I did my favorites were Book Lovers by Emily Henry and Ballad of Never After by Stephanie Garber. Sequel to Ballad is really a anticipated read for me this year :)

Fabitha (fabitha89) | 575 comments I absolutely loved to pieces The Merciless Ones, sequel to The Gilded Ones. Usually second books in series are...meh, but this one was even better than the first, and by several miles. Recommend it!

Erica | 1309 comments So I read close to 300 books and am not able to limit to one book for the year. So here it goes:

The Poet X This was so good that I ended up reading everything else by Elizabeth Acevedo.
Red, White, and Whole loved this middle grade poetry collection so much.
I Am Malala: The Story of the Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban she's a talented writer too.
Some Things I Still Can't Tell You: Poems really good poetry collection from one of the supernatural actors.
Book Lovers I was already an Emily Henry fan and this book surpassed my expectations.
Ruby Fever series ender from a favourite author.
Daisy Jones & The Six another knock out by Jenkins Reid
Continued and discovered these awesome comics/manga series Saga, Sailor Moon, Monstress, and Spy X Family.
