My greatest challenge is dedicating quality time to writing. I continue to maintain my professional career in Human Resources, often a day of conflict resolution leaves me mentally fatigued with nothing left for creative energy.
I understand. I work for myself and after a long day I find it hard to "put butt to seat" as Beverly Jenkins calls it. LOL! But it's necessary. You have to find time to do it. :o)
As E.Lawrence said, biggest challenge for me is dedicating quality time to my writing. It's important to treat your writing time as work and not allow people to barge in on that time.
Precious, I agree. To do this I've found in necessary to leave my office and home and find a quiet spot to work.

I usually know how my stories begin and how I believe they should end. The details are get me stuck. I want them to makes sense and keep to the rules of my universe.
