Here is my 4 star review of Good Dog, Bad Cop
by David Rosenfelt: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
The story captivated me with the terrifying realism of the prologue. A twisty, deeply involved, and absorbing plot kept me engaged throughout this riveting mystery. With twists and turns, the investigation builds momentum until it peaks with an edge-of-your-seat finish.
I had the pleasure of reading an arc of Anni Taylor's coming release Birds in Flight. I became a fan of Taylor after reading One Last Child and am highly impressed with her ability to deliver a highly atmospheric thriller with heart. 5 Stars My Review.

JANUARY RED
After Special Agent Emily York recovers from facing death from the killer Claus case, she receives a video in the mail with no return address. A video where two women who resembles her was killed in The Experiment, a game where a person has to choose between two ways they want to die. A deadly and brutal game created specially for the famous agent.
As she discovers the one that's responsible, she ends up back in the nightmare she had escaped the first time. But as death creeps closer, she has to escape this time while the killer is watching. Can she escape? Will her partner save her in time? Or will she survive the game?
January Red.

Young adult mystery
Overall, this was intriguing, entertaining, and had an action packed ending with diverse characters. However, some of the items revealed in the interviews seemed unrealistic for adults to divulge to teenagers.
