Rilltown is a town of wealthy families and dark secrets located in Virginia. The town is surrounded by streams and the only way to enter, or exit, this small charming town is to cross the stone bridge that goes over a very fast stream. Near the bridge is a matching stone sign that has the towns name carved in cursive.

Young couples, seniors, and families call Rilltown home. The only thing they all have in common: their money. To visitors of Rilltown it seems that the families carelessly spend money, don't work, but never run out. In this town nothing is as it seems except that.

Even though Rilltown is a newly built town most of the homes and retail shops were built by a company that builds new homes but makes them look charming and old. Overall Rilltown is a town adored by wealthy people, it is well kept, and filled with secrets.

Most of the children of Rilltown attend a private academy, Woodcreek Academy, that is just outside the town, about a mile away. At the oddly large park their is space to have a soccer or football game, but on the weekends most of the school aged children have their parents drive them to Woodcreek to use their facilities. Their is a preschool in Rilltown, but besides that nothing more than several private tutors can be found for education.
