I literally just bought both books yesterday so I’m in!

So in a few days we will start. How should we do it? 490 pages in 58 chapters varying in length. 20 chapter per week ending in three weeks or with 245 pages in two?

I'm in. I guess 30 chapters a week is manageable. That's like 4-5 chapters everyday. Not super hard.

I've read the first 5 chapters. You're right about Alice coming across as mean. But from another perspective, maybe she's just young and scared and insecure. New place, new school, big change. But yeah, it would have been nice if we got different POVs. More interesting and wholesome that way.

I've only seen Sel as of now. The Kingsmage. But the texts from Nick have surfaced and I'm guessing he's going to be another major character.

Love triangles can be really fun or really messy! let's hope it's the former

whoa! I'm glad for your update because I was kind of losing interest. but say, witches and I'm excited once more! I'm still on the part where Felicity ends up screaming because she is Called upon as a scion?

There will be new info and more worldbuilding and the stakes will be raised higher. Yes it's a bit on the slow side but it put it's hooks in me.

here's to hoping it puts its hooks in me soon too. haha. I like the FMC. she's badass.

I need to order book two anyway and just got sick. So not next week or anything. And yes to other books which need finishing. Priory and Atlas Six at the top.

Gosh! I still haven't even started Atlas Six! Will get on that tomorrow! *fingers crossed*

I ordered it, hopefully it will be here at the end of the week. Not that I want to start right away but some book orders take months.
