Candi and Elliott knew about Alexis for three years. Was Elliott’s failure to reach out to Alexis understandable? If not for his need of a kidney, do you think he would have ever contacted her?

Elliott would not have acknowledged Alexis if he didn't need a kidney. He didn't want anything to impact his perfect family negatively. He didn't want to accept her even though she may have a kidney match.

I do think Candi would have contacted her. She had conversations with her father about Alexis. Candi is too headstrong to ignore the pull of her sister.
