I'll go first: still reading The Ministry for the Future - has anyone read it? I was really digging it at first (although it's terrifyingly relevant) but it's very dense and the style sort of keeps you at arm's length. I have to return it to the library today - will I pick it up again, or will it end up on the Abandoned shelf? Time will tell

Michael Gannaway | 2 comments I’m slowly trudging through book 11 of Wheel of Time. I figure I’m this far, I might as well finish the series, but I have not been much of a fan. I read a different author in between each book, so I’m looking forward to that!

Michaela (michaelat27) | 1 comments I’ve just started on Exciting Times by Naoise Dolan. Not a lot going on plot-wise so far, but some funny kind of dry humour moments!

Did you watch the TV show? We quite liked it, although some of the special effects were a little janky, from memory

Michael Gannaway | 2 comments I watched a couple of episodes, but the changes were too distracting for me haha

Luke F F. | 2 comments I’m reading The Satanic Verses by Salam Rushdie. Wanted to see what all the fuss was about. It’s quite good.
