I have another audio book I need to finish before I start this one. Probably another week or so

I started this today. Already liking it more than the 3rd because of the different species

68% of the way through. (view spoiler)[This has the same type of thing the first book had. Different species in an environment getting to know each others' cultures. It doesn't have the plot though. Definitely like this better than the 3rd book, but none of the others lived up to the first book for me.
Pei's issue of having an egg that needs fertilized is the most interesting thing happening. I want to know why all the coms and things went down but it's not like the characters are in any mortal peril. (hide spoiler)]

Will start soon, had a bit of a slump.
