What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I read this book a couple of months ago, so I'm sorry for the vague details. I think it was published fairly recently after 2010. I can't remember the title, however, I think it had the word “falling” or “fall” in it or the author of the book but I'm pretty sure it's a woman. It's a romance with crime genre story and is about a girl named Ivy who gets run over by a car and afterwards, she can see how people die when she touches them and she tries to change their fates but she also has an obsessed stalker who wants her and has been killing her friends to get to her. I'm sorry for not being able to provide much information, I'm hoping someone can help me find this book, so I can read it properly.

"When" by Victoria Laurie has some of the same themes but it's YA. I'll keep looking.

"The Coldest Touch" by Isabel Sterling is YA but matches more details.
