whats your guys thoughts on heartstopper? show adaption/book?
I have yet to read the Heartstopper comics but I want too and I can’t wait for the second season to come out on Netflix! I just bought a boxed set of her books, Radio Silence, Loveless, I Was Born for This and Solitaire!! So excited!!
heartstopper was my introduction to books that had lgbtq characters in it and it was SO AMAZING!! to the characters to the illustrations to the casting from the life action it was just so perfect. ive drifted apart from being in the heartstopper fandom a little since the first season of the show came out, but i remeber I used to read the comics over and over again waiting for the second season, and its coming out soon!! so so excited for that<33 im definitely a little upset they didn’t choose to add aled or oliver into the show, they were some of my fav characters but i still loved it and rewatch it sometimes. LOVE LOVE LOVE how we get to see more of tara and darcy and their own lives because we didn’t get to see much of their lives in the comics!!! <3
I feel like it's an unpopular opinion but i really liked the show and almost hated the comics.
