Awesome! Is this for the duration of the summer?

I read this beginning this year and it was really interesting. My grandmother said it was the “hot” book of the 50s to read amongst her gal pals - haha. I loved it and found the writing style to be fresh for me. Not the most amazingly twisty story - but kept me hooked

Been lurking here awhile! Will def try to do this for a reread. Read it maaaaany years ago at 16 and still have that copy!

Te-reads are usually for the quarter so yes the summer.

Just finished this book, I grew up watching soap operas with my mom. This book is one giant soap opera.

Liked, "This book is one giant soap opera." I read this in 2018 for a Rory Gillmore Reading challenge.

I just finished this one. Was anyone else let down by the ending? I know the ending is probably more like real life, but dang! I was hoping for a different wrap up at the end.
