I have a male corgi as well, Rastus is love man. He loves food & belly rubs. Lol. My dogs are definitely not spoiled.

I had a corgi growing up and he had such a mischievous personality :) Such a great dog!

I'm about half way through it now... It was one of those monthly free books offered through prime. (And got to add narrative for $1.99) So far I like it but it will be interesting to see how it wraps up...

I know what you mean - hubby bought me one in 2001 as a surprise for my b-day but was diagnosed with cancer so we had to postpone getting the puppy because we didnt know about his recovery etc I was devastated but for Mother's Day he arrived home with LucyFur we lost her to an illness in 2004 & it just about killed us both but then we acquired Rastus & Jezebelle came along 1 year later....she is now 10 & Rastus will turn 11 next Saturday....we have talked about getting another puppy but Im not sure I could handle 2 older dogs a puppy & a kitty - wow that would be a house full lol but all 3 are the love my life.

Looks like everyone is off to a good start...
I am going to be out of town next Sunday (22nd)- hubby & I are going to a Bob Seger concert in Indianapolis IN so I will not be home until sometime on Monday (the 23rd) but I will have access to internet with my phone & iPad so I will still be available for questions etc...I know we dont have to turn our books completed into the Mods until sometime that Friday or Saturday so we should be ok there....

I'm usually a one-pet woman myself but somehow I've found myself with 2 golden retrievers. The hair is crazzzzzzzyyyyy - especially now that they are losing their winter coat. I swear they are molting. Anyway, I just got home from a lacrosse w/e with my son and my hubby surprised me by giving both dogs a big ole shave down and now I like them again!!!! LOL!

Hey Sallie - Quick question on the "cover" book. It doesn't look like there is a separate place on the worksheet for just book with the right cover so I'm guessing it needs to also include a spell out component - or am I missing how that works?

The way I'm reading this it just goes with the cover alone. I will check the captains thread see if anyone has mentioned this before. Good eye. Thanks for letting me know because I looked over the spreadsheet & I didn't see it

I've been starting and stopping a few of them now.. The hardest to not finish was Colleen Hoovers new one - Confess! Fits "Y" as Sebastian York narrates.

I just started an "R" one tonight - "Rachel Morgan" (MC) book... Pale Demon.

I also started Hopeless, I have to see what you and V are talking about!! See if I end up having to read all her books!!

It's a better points strategy to use one book for the cover and a letter. That's what everyone did last round.

I think ST has the only Purple book so far and it also fits one of our letters.
