Yep, I counted it. I doubt I am done for the month, though.

For myself, I'm judging after reading. Those both sound promising, though.

I didn't select it as a ghost book, but there are definitely, as promised, ghosts and goblins and more in these stories -- just not quite how we would picture them in the Western tradition. That is, they are appearances of dead people and hauntings, but the Korean tradition of spiritual beliefs and folk culture make them very different.

Part of me wants to read that because it sounds so dang cool. But the rest of me remembers how much I detested Signal to Noise.

The other two "ghost" books I read have more metaphorical ghosts. With Mona Awad, though, who the hell knows if anything is real or not. I did really enjoy both books, but they are radically different from each other. Cozy fantasy vs. surreal horror.

I started Ghost by Jason Reynolds but didn't finish it in October.

I'm not sure if you'd like Irregular Witches or not. It spent a lot of time on the romance that I feel would have been better spent on witchiness. Maybe because I wasn't completely sold on the match. It was still a lot of fun, though.
