I represent a small but well-established publishing house in Vienna, Austria. Although the publishing house used to focus on fiction in the beginning, it has turned to scientific and academic books lately. I would like to make international contributions in a nonfiction and/or scientific context the main emphasis of the Vienna Academic Press Publishing House. I am currently working on a new website in English (intercontinentalia.com) which will be online soon. I am looking for interesting cooperation partners – publishing houses, authors, scientists from abroad. It is my vision to create books about sociological, anthropological, ethnological, political, philosophical, historical, psychological, artistic issues and many more in the field of social science and humanities. I would like to introduce new writers and new ideas from abroad to the German speaking/European audience and to look at different angles of the world in order to change our national/local/cultural perspective and get a global mindset.
