Granted it's the middle of summer so maybe we don't want to think that far ahead. If I do wind up coming up with titles myself, there are plenty in the 'not yet read' thread in this folder.
Ok, the August read has been chosen (The Last Magician). So it's time to start thinking about what to read in September. We should be able to come up with something fun and interesting for all ages.
I really do want to read The Girl, The Gold Watch & Everything. Not sure what the demographic is. Are you thinking more like A Spoonful of Time which is targeted to Middle Grade for September?
A Spoonful of Time is definitely more like what I was thinking. I can certainly imagine Pirate Freedom and ... Gold Watch... being read by teens, but as far as I can tell they aren't actually intended for teens. So, let's hold onto them for October, please (I'll make that month themeless/ free).
Ill nominate one I've already read, Footsteps in Time It takes place in Wales in 1282 and it main plot revolves around two teenagera who accidently travel there from modern time and change the course of history,
Common setup, but I don't know if a character has ever gone back to that setting before. I hope it's at one of my libraries.
Ok, I can check it out as ebook. It might be a stretch to call it TT or YA, in my opinion, but given the lack of noms, I'll accept it.So. Time to get a poll up.
Time Traveling with a Hamster, because someone asked for it awhile ago (and I've been wanting to read it).
A Spoonful of Time because I can get it in paper and it looks adorable.
Saturday, The Twelfth Of October because a classic that I'd like to reread.
Archer's Quest for ancient Korean history.
Footsteps in Time, thank you Heather(Gibby).
Time Travelling with a Hamster is the winner! I look forward to us having some fun in a couple of weeks.
