The Kaiju Preservation Society by John Scalzi (Mostly-secret organization that studies and protects kaiju on another planet.)

Moab is My Washpot by Stephen Fry (Memoir of the author's childhood and early life.)

And I'm still making slow progress in James Madison: A Biography by Ralph Louis Ketcham.
