Wanda (callie4) | 335 comments Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've been rereading Miss Marple this month. When I click on "Miss Marple #6" for instance, to see what book is next, the listed books are in a variety of languages. Number 7 is in Arabic. It took me quite a while to figure out it was the 4:50 from Paddington. How do I get the list in English again? It used to be in English. Any ideas?

Stephanie (stephanie-somanybooks) | 719 comments Hi Wanda, I've noticed the same thing. You have to go to the book page, then select All Book Editions, then you can find the one in your language. This works on the web version of GoodReads, not sure how the app works....

Wanda (callie4) | 335 comments Thanks. I'll try that. It's only a problem with authors who have been widely translated.

Rhonda and I were talking today that the Goodreads search seems to be having lots of trouble. We are having trouble with searching a number of books, some very recent bestsellers.

Yeah, it’s been pretty ridiculous.

There’s a discussion of this problem in the Goodreads Librarians Group. It’s widespread throughout the site.

Wanda (callie4) | 335 comments Looks like they have it fixed! Just checked the Miss Marple list and I could read all of the titles.
