At the end it's revealed that either the man (main character) is an angel or is surrounded by angels, but not set in heaven or the like, set on earth

NOTE: My 16yo niece is searching for this book. My sister, her mom, who passed away last year told her about it; she's desperate to find it and I'm desperate to help her.

Kris, I wish I knew. It’s my sister who read it. She didn’t read much YA, but read some, so it’s possible it was YA, but not likely. The kindness part: not sure, but I think in deeds. No idea about jobs.

No, if it was originally written in another language it would’ve been translated to English. She read no other languages.

Do you think it could have been a Christian book?
